Delete your account & data

Runvees lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how, in line with Google Play requirements.

Option 1 — In the app

Go to More → Danger Zone → Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Email hello@runvees.space from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify and delete your account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, display name, and login link.
• Run cards, bio links, uploaded photos, and personal bests.
• Your Strava connection and synced activities.
• Support tickets and feedback tied to your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records required by law or for fraud/payment purposes (e.g., transaction receipts) for up to the period required, in anonymized or minimal form.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 7 days. Backups are purged within 30 days.
