1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Runvees ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Runvees. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity under it. A connected Strava account is required for core features.

3. Your Content

You keep ownership of the run cards, bio links, and images you create. You grant Runvees a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this content so the Service can function.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or photos of people without consent.
• Abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Prices, billing cycles, and features are shown on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.

6. Termination

You may stop using Runvees at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runvees is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
