Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid Runvees subscriptions and purchases processed through our payment provider.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

If you are charged in error or experience a technical issue that prevents use of a paid feature, contact us within 14 days for a review. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable

• Time already elapsed on a subscription period that was used.
• One-time credit packs that have been consumed.

5. How to Request

Email hello@runvees.space with your account email and the transaction ID. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
